20. Absolutely love this podcast and LOVE Steve O as a UFC fan. But mannnnnnnn sometimes it's cringe when him and his co host talk about UFC knowledge because of how new they are to the sport and how little they know. (At least they aren't as bad as the nelk boys, they need to just not talk about UFC at all because they're totally clueless lol)
    Bro said "oh ya how about Costa and Romero that would be a great fight". Having no clue that Romero is in bellator and also that they already fought in August 2020. You could tell Steve O didn't realize they fought either just by the way he responded. God bless them lol.

38. It's not absurd that damage supersedes control. That's the way it should have always been but of course wrestlers like DC don't like it. It's really not absurd though… it's a fight. Not a wrestling match. Wrestling is apart of fighting but in MMA you use wrestling to gain positions to do damage or go for the finish. Big John, who wrote the rules, has said this too.
