40. Fact is, they will never do anything to 69 even after while released, other than a possible fade. The reason would be that they all know that they are all connected to 69 because of this case and odds are that regardless of how they tried to set up something slick, it would most likely come back to them eventually and land them back in prison with life sentences or worse. They already see how people will snitch and how feds obtain info and wire taps that they had no idea of… chances are that they couldn't plan something that so many people and even most likely the feds already believe that one of them will do when released or before. So of something was to happen to 69, then everyone who was once connected to 69 in the past will automatically be Investigated. These days, they will have cameras on every block, finger prints and fibers, identification of vehicles, weapons used, phones pinged on exact places, who people associated with ect… it's too late now, atleast if they want to obtain freedom, and I would suspect they would because if they didn't or didn't care, then they wouldn't care doing they time they already got. But, people these days are not the smartest when making decisions that would naturally go against someone's better judgment, so they might not think things all the way through and end up attempting something stupid and well… roll the credits
