INGRDIENTS:
* 16oz Box of Macaroni
* 1 Stick of Butter
* 1/4 Cup of Flour
* 3 Cups of Milk
* 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
* 4 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
* 2 Cups of Applewood Smoked Gruyere
* 1 Cup of Smoked Gouda w/ Bacon
* 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
* 1/4 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
* 1/4 Cup of Bacon Bits

STEPS:

1. Cook noodles until they are one minute from being done. Place in a colander, run cold water over them, and let cool
2. Melt a stick of butter over medium heat
3. Slowly add in flour and whisk
4. Slowly begin to add in milk and whisk
5. Add in heavy whipping cream and whisk
6. Add 2 cups of cheddar and whisk until melted (1 cup at a time)
7. Add in 1 cup of Applewood Smoked Gruyere and whisk until melted
8. Add in 1/2 cup of Smoked Gouda w/ Bacon and whisk until melted
9. In a big bowl combine macaroni and cheese sauce
10. Butter or spray your cooking dish
11. Place 1/2 of the cheese and pasta mixture into your cooking dish
12. Mix together the remaining cheeses and begin to sprinkle on top
13. Sprinkle some of the bacon bits on top
14. Continue repeating steps 11-13 until your dish is full
15. Cover in foil and place in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes
16. Remove foil and allow to brown on top (approximately 15 minutes)
17. ENJOY YOUR DELICIOUS MAC & CHEESE WITH BACON!!!!
