Trigg Brown of Win Son in NYC is in the Munchies Test Kitchen making fan tuan, a Taiwanese breakfast treat made to be eaten on the go. Trigg makes this dish with glutinous sticky rice, fried Chinese crullers called youtiao, a fried egg, sweet and salty pork floss, salted radish pickles, and even includes some slices of avocado. The result is a breakfast full of flavor and texture with every bite.
