The flour, the bedding, the meat and the cheese. Everything you eat, drink and experience at Ängavallen is organic. The farm has its own butchery, dairy, bakery, mill, hotel and restaurant. The animals, which live in a stress-free environment, are slaughtered in a dignified way – leading to good and healthy food. We meet the Nordström family who owns and works on the farm.
