Thanks for all your support! I hope you have a great Monday and a fantastic week!
Narrator says the auditor is wrong and that cops can demand ID IF they have reasonable suspicion someone is engaged in criminal activity. This is exactly what this auditor told the cops. The cops had no suspicion, therefore no cause to demand I.D.
Good Cops need more training
It was good debate and perfect example of civil disobedience. Smart Cop and he is right about Missouri case law. Need more aduits in Missouri to get District.5 attention!!
Show the ID then keep filming. Then you probably have a real potential for a lawsuuit.

A "C"? Really? They both deserved "F's". Wtf, audit the audit? He went to jail for no crime. Absolute "F".
This must have been when you first start grading.
What a "b". Oh I can't with these early videos.
6:00 It always falls apart when the officers don't know what a consensual encounter is. They were doing great until right there.
This black guy gets put in cuffs way more than his white auditor counterparts. To disagree with that statement is to show your prejudice and dare I say racism
For the entire video, it's claimed the cops may have reasonable suspicion, but not once is it suggested what CRIME they might reasonably suspect the auditor OF.
Officer savage is replete with pignorance…
How is it so many cops think that anyone they talk to is required to present ID? Is this institutional stupidity or purposeful ignorance?
You gotta love a "Constitutional scholar" who doesn't understand the 1st Amendment. It will never cease to amaze me how many cops don't know the laws they're meant to enforce…
17 years in question
These cops have the mindset of a 15-year-old think they know everything but don't know shitt. Not even the laws they swore to uphold. And it's obvious they break their oaths on a daily basis!! We need a civilian top watching Force 2 to keep track of the police…. It's apparent you can't let police, police their self they'll find no wrongdoing every time….. Or they will lie and cover it up. Or hide evidence!!!
They really do need to put that in school
Nah they get an F! They arrested somebody for not committing a crime that’s an automatic failure
Officer Bailey literally said he’s been violating rights for 17 years SMH
Show me 🤡 👮’s doing and saying show me 🤡 👮 things!!!
This guy should choose a different location thats not a bank.
He should lose stripes and job
Sue the fuck out of them
Ur on a call for suspicious activity, so you ask questions that clearly quash those suspicions, but still demand the ID? No sir, ur suspicion was null and void
So the citizens aren't afraid of the many surveillance cameras in the area, but they're scared of one man with a camera?? While I may believe there was a call, I don't believe there was a description that completely matched his description.
A C? You can't tell me these officers don't ID everyone they want regardless of what they are doing. They took him to jail and they knew he wasn't casing the bank, they literally called him an auditor. An F is more fitting.
How can you be a police officer for decades and be this ignorant of the law, it makes you wonder how many other people's rights they stomped all over, over the years. It's absolutely disgusting, just hearing the officers keep saying you're wrong when they are the ones who are wrong is telling of how stupid they really are.
Please help me understand cops get qualified immunity they kill people. I’ve watched enough of these to see how nasty these cops are. It’s OK for him to kill somebody and get qualified immunity dumb.
I hope their wife’s find out and I hope they get divorced. Who wants to live with a man that they killed somebody while I tell him to take a walk
If a bank was robbed, and a news crew came to report on the robbery, will the bank call the police if that news crew is in the parking lot and the camera is pointed in the direction of the bank?
And how do the police prove someone is “casing” a bank?!?
They may never admit it but, they really arrested him for being Black!!!
When I tell you every force within a 200 mile radius of KCMO is trash. They hire nothing but high school rejects. People who were bullied in high school and have a chip on their shoulders to get back at the world for all their inadequacies
They investigated a call, found no crime, leave dummies. Now they gotta drag this into something it’s not to be tough guys in power. They are bullies.
Bailey has those zesty tendencies…
These puppet cops only care about their report they have to fill out and they don't care about your rights. We see it time and time again.
They just can’t help themselves
When Bailey asked if he felt he could leave at any time, he implied that there was no detention. No detention, no ID. Also, his hubris that he obviously knows the law better than anybody else is laughable.
If this happened this would happen if this happened this could happen but he's still going to fucking jail so what happened nothing
This cop has been illegally arresting people for 17 years😮
Why would all of their suspicions be alleviated from the conversation? He never gave a direct reason why he was why he was filming he never said who he was where he came from. Just said he was walking around criminals lie all the time, and guess what Some were actually nice and polite about it, it would really come down if they have multiple reports from multiple banks now you have a problem I didn’t say it was one bank today. It was multiple banks multiple days that is somebody trying to cause a problem. I see you outside my bank once filming great I see you outside my bank and I’m coming out again I’m born and raised that is somebody casing the joint and trying to do something nasty to me. We gonna have a problem and I’m not talking about as a bank manager or police officer I’m talking about as a citizen going to do my banking business, I’ve been robbed coming out of a bank. I will not take the risk of having that happen again..
Ignorance and arrogance is such a horrible combination. God awful officer.
"I been doing this for 17 years." So basically he's been confidently wrong and violating people's civil rights for 17 years now. All that "case law study" sure helped him. I love good cops, I can't stand cops like him that can't be wrong and allow their ego to put cuffs on people. Bad cops suck.
I would sue the crap out of them
Unlawful arrest
Unlawful search
