  1. Hi-truck rocks- I have one myself- 274 thousand on the body, no idea what's on the engine. They said, "Significantly less than the truck." but that's a used car salesman so- that could mean anything from a few miles less to 50K less to a straight up lie- who knows. It sems to run good, doesn't use any oil to speak of, and there's nothing nasty looking in the oil- so, I say- send it. I've had the front end rebuilt- and I'm fixing to replace the shocks and coil springs. Then I gotta put a wind shield in it- wind storm took it out- and address the brakes, they sound funky and feel funkier. Then it's onto the cosmetic stuff- smashed front driver quarter panel- deer hit it. And get the lights straightened out- on head light out where the deer smashed it and the brake lights stay on- I have to remove a fuse to turn them off. Should be a switch under the dash that the pedal activates- probably stuck. And once I get all that done- I'm going fishing and aint coming back for at least 3 years- you can guess why. Crazy world done gone crazy, and I don't want no part of it. I'm gonna go stick my head in a fishing hole I and I aint coming back out until this madness is over. If it doesn't end, and there's a real chance it won't, don't kid yourself- I guess the fishing hole is as good a place as any to make a last stand. God help us.

  2. I love these episode. Down to earth and not that fancies and most expensive trucks that not everyone can afford…just pure grit, determination and resourcefulness. Way to go.
