Just another example of police being taught that they are hammers and everyone they see looks like a nail. Also, LE being so inept that thy take action on a description which did NOT match the actual suspect other than skin color.

The "system" with corrupt judges, attorneys, district attorneys and of course intellectually challenged police officers do not want new case law established. America is coming to an end because of the rigged system against the person. The oligarchs and their subjects (prior mention) will see to this.
It seems like if you want to stay in your car, you should open the door to pretend to exit as soon as the officer rolls up. (But keep your seatbelt on.) Then you'll get a "STAY IN YOUR VEHiCLE!", and now the stupid cop has nowhere to go. It's a bit risky though, especially if you are of a certain gender and demographic.
