contrary to popular belief i dont want D4vd to get the death penalty. Just based on how he saw/sees his "relationship" with Celeste, he would think getting the death penalty would be the culmination of his artistic ideal. Celeste died and now he gets to join her, getting murdered by the state like how he murdered her.

Soooo hearing how the brother spoke out against David. And seeing that he likely spent some serious time with Celeste at concerts. I think it’s a good possibility that the man Celeste “cheated” with was David’s own brother. She was a 13 year old girl. Used as a plaything by David. I don’t think she had tons of access to people outside David’s camp. She couldn’t have been running around living a normal life as a 13 year old solo runaway in Los Angeles. She was fully being taken care of by David. I think she messed with his brother then her and David broke up. She had been accustomed to him paying for everything and giving her spending cash so when the gravy train stopped and he was done with her she was still a teenager with no access to money or a way to provide but she tasted the good life and freedom and didn’t want to go home so tried extorting David, and he knew he had to either get rid of her or pay for her life forever. Just the fact that David’s own brother spoke out now against him I think this is a pretty strong possibility. Also from her text messages it sounded like David was absolutely livid and furious with her cheating. And he was seeing other girls himself. He would have been extra mad if it was his own brother. This is my theory but I honestly think it’s a strong possibility
