11. I noticed that one twin drinks alcohol when the other twin doesn't and will usually have a glass of water. I see them both with glasses of water but only one who drinks alcohol. At the twin festival she was drinking a beer and in other scenes you can see her having a glass of wine. I'm guessing drinks don't count, but just food? Alcohol has a lot of calories and sugar depending on what kind you drink. I hope they can work out a system where they give each other space for periods of time so they can date and do other things

14. Who here thinks the boyfriend staged his illness and subsequent death to avoid breaking up with her? It's just odd that he didn't give her his number and was only able to communicate through another source, the cremation took place without her and that was it. It seemed she was more into their "relationship" than he was.

15. I remember watching this. Ive never seen such A toxic co dependency issue in my life. They are very VERY sick people and i hope they eventually get the help they need. Also this isn't really rare. Ive seen many articles about twins doing everything together and having an ed as well. So sad.

23. As sad as this sounds, at least they are eating something. Maybe the therapist should work with them to make their meals larger. They can still eat equal amounts of food just increase the amount.

29. OMG, they both act like they're 2yrs old!! The sad thing is both have the same mental illnesses, They both need to be separated from one and other and be treated. 34. As someone who struggled with anorexia for 10 years and having a step sister with the same issue, I think they need to be apart from each other. It is such a competitive disorder already, but having a sibling or twin dynamic on top is even worse

43. These young ladies have some deep-seated issues that need to be dealt with in therapy. I wonder if they were treated poorly as children or if something else was a factor. They are clinically depressed and really need to get to a healthy place. It is sad to see both of them going through this. I wonder if they were constantly compared to each other growing up. They need help. The one who is seriously depressed is smothering the life right out of the other twin. This is so sad. They are beautiful and talented young kadies and I hope they can both get to a healthy place in life. They need to not compete with each other and learn to embrace each other's uniqueness and talent. Seeing them break "crisps" that look more like crumbs is horrible.

45. The reason I find this impossible to watch, is because their “tewinness” is going to be heavily embellished for the camera. Do they really eat identical meals down to the last crumb when it’s just them? No way I believe that.
