Please someone help as it’s been bugging me but the chorus really sounds like another song…. I can’t work out by whom

What a warm song
Definitely one of my favorites, love the chord choices. Gives me a nostalgic bittersweet retro vibe though I cant quite name the era it calls back to (a bit of 80s/90s like Beyond Belief?). Got a bit of a Keane and Coldplay vibe too, maybe just me?
can someone calculate lucas' vocal range???? he hits an F#2 at 3:33
EDIT: just did it myself. F#2 in this song, and an F#5 in mourning song. 3 octaves.
