A couple of times a year in the early 2000s, we would drive to Philly to hang out with friends. We’d hit up the street races and then take over to a Park and Ride to fuck around for hours. Not that kind of takeover.

The car scene hit different back then. Nobody wants reliable vehicles anymore. They want to lease for a few years and then trade. Rinse, repeat.
