6. It was about 30 years ago when I first read an article written by "John Phillips" in Car and Driver about the Sultan of Brunei…and his absolutely insane collection of exotic cars.
   And THAT was back THEN- I'm sure he's acquired a couple thousand more since then.
   I used to think it was awesome. But later on, after I became a "grown-up", I realized that this stupendous amount of money spent on these cars could've really done some good things for his country.
   AND, if he ever needed to sell some cars in order to do something for his people, he could STILL have an insane collection- because, you don't REALLY need 12 exotic cars in 12 different colors, do you?
   Man… I eat and breathe cars (and I always have, from about 4 y.o.) and I don't THINK I'll ever get sick of them…but, I think it's kinda embarrassing to have a truly disgusting amount of luxury/exotic cars in your possession, while the country's mental health is in a noticeable decline. I mean, is "that" what the People have to look up to? Just a wealthy Sultan with an insane car collection?
   However, he's done some pretty awesome things for his country- Free Healthcare, Free education, CHEAP cheap gas (like around $0.60 a gallon).
   But seeing as how their economy is based off of the underwater natural gas and oil fields that are off the coast, the pipes are going to eventually run dry.
   So they've been looking for other ways to support their economy in the long term. There could be other ways to get it going…but they gotta hurry up before the reserves are sucked dry.
