34. Here is the flaw in your analysis. One, the cop literally said he wasn't committing a crime, second, his oath is to the Constitution, third, he differentiated the difference between the Constitution and the State statutes. You also aren't mentioning the fact that if you register your property with the State, the State owns it. You literally are clueless about our rights. The case you quoted was actually not completely correct as the Supreme Court has also ruled MULTIPLE TIMES 1) the State cannot take a right, turn it into a privilege and charge a fee. That means a "license" is a fee. That is not antiquated like you say. It is our right to travel unobstructed with our own property wherever we want to go. A license does not guarantee safety. Telling the audience a license guarantees Safety is extremely naive as a license guarantees nothing but more money paid to the State for nothing. In addition, you fail to understand you are perpetuating policy over the Constitution. Mandates are not laws as you should know. If you want to talk about something tell the whole story and not your indoctrinated version of compliance with unconstitutional policies.

43. All citizens are sovereign. We are a country RULED by the people. Police are serving those people. The constitutional republic protects the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of ALL citizens. This means each citizen is sovereign. Now a law limiting that sovereignty is an illegitimate law, so long as said citizen is not knowingly, willfully, and purposefully infringing on another’s sovereignty. Sovereign just means ruler, in a nation ruled by the people, each person is a member of the ruling class. That is just common sense.
