3. I do NOT support Mick! He can no longer perform live. If anybody else can no longer perform with their job, does that person still get paid? Answer: Phuck NO! Mick voluntarily stepped down from his job. He retired! That’s it man, all good things come to an end. The pay check can’t go on forever!

10. I don’t want to put judgement on any Motley Crue member new old, fill in’s etc…. Mick is Motley Crue and these songs are of his making with the band. If the Members made new music from here on out, then maybe this would be fair to not pay him the 25%. New music of not Mick Mars making maybe should be 5% for just the name he created. This 25% is royalties for all the hard work they all did for years. Mick is older than the rest and not as able to move around as the rest. He retired, give him his pension ..he deserves it! Mick you deserve the 25% and stick to your guns! I believe this is just business, I don’t believe it is personal. People, still all love all of Motley Crue, they all gave us great music!
