I legit did the same exact thing. On vacay in cali about fifteen years ago i Got myself into some 80x purple sticky salvia in a bong with no flipping idea what the hell i was dealing with. The more real than real feeling of that experience which im pretty sure i blacked out for some of or just dont remeber how far i went, is more than unnerving. And changed my view of reality.
I almost dabbled with this again but I had a sudden memory flash of something and suddenly got so terrified I knew I could not go on that trip I grasped onto the coffee table and put my mind so focused on this reality that I wouldn't allow that trip to happen. So I still have a whole pouch of salvia. I think DMT is a little more friendly.
It was banned because the USA is such a free country that the government decides what is and isn't safe for it's citizens so it can freely incarcerate more people per capita than such unfree countries as Russia and North Korea! Freedom!

What i hate about salvia is that those 5 minutes can feel like 5 eternities of being stuck in sallyspace. I’ve never been so time fucked and terrified in my life and that just on 20x. Man, i can’t imagine what that 80x must’ve felt like😵💫
It was my 2 time smoking weed (the first one was a whole year prior, and it was a laughingly small amount), but it was actually salvia concentrate, the dude who gave it to my friend to give it me decided to make a joke. And i made a huge hit. I was eternity in space observing the earth and stuff, reflecting on my life and realising it was all an illusion and the world never existed. It was like millions of years and I was in terror. then I came back to reality. It was 15 minutes later, maybe 20. My girlfriend said I started spinning, laughing and singing in a foreign language, then it became jiberish, then she took my hand and dragged me to the bed, I made a face of pain and fell to the bed, then I woke up after like 5 minutes.
I remember my friends and brothers in high schools use to go to friend houses get blazed n watched these salvia videos n crack up 🤦🏿♂️

Salvia made me decide that i was not into hallucinogenic stuff. I was gonna do a bowl of 6x and went to go take a leak and my buddy packed some 20x into it, i managed to stay aware of my surroundings but everything was slightly tinted red and had the border pattern from the area rug laid ontop of it but this light in the room was the only thing that looked completely normal but it seemed mad at me and i wanted to break it but couldn't fully support my weight and just fell back into the couch. I decided then that they were not for me i'll stick to my weed and occasionally alcohol.

I tried it back when I was about 17 me and my mate tried loads of it and didn't seem to do a right lot a part from at one point we were both supprised and sat there watching a running tap and laughing how amazing it was a part from that not much happened 🇬🇧

First time i tried salvia i did 120x , i felt like i sank down in the couch. And Lego people appeared. Building me in sync with the beat of the music in lego blocks. I laughed so hard my tummy was tired for a day or two. I filled up a chillum with it and did it in a gravity bong. Not even dmt has hit me that hard yet. For sure a close second. Damn i am happy it was short lasting though. Cause i tried to stand up in the end, and my legs did not work at all.
