The outro caught me so off guard with how unreasonably comfy it is. Always something new to latch onto with this band.
I am the biggest Coheed and Cambria fan that I know of. And Dance Gavin Dance is a close 2nd.
But Hail The Sun might be the best band currently making music. š¤

I surprised no one is discussing the lyrics here.. I have an idea of what this is about (but maybe it's just my own interpretation that fits what I'm going through).
My interpretation is the one sidedness of social media, how others portray their "amazing lives", and when our lives aren't so amazing it can make us bitter in the sense "and if I suffer, they should suffer, that's what I want. It gets me no where, and I'm aware it just makes it worse". He knows that he doesn't want to view his friends or family or even other musicians even people he doesn't know like he does, but due to the way socials work, he only sees the highs and never the lows. Just me thoughts on the lyrics, what do you guys think it's all about?

HTS is one of those bands that I never think abt listening to as much as I should, but whenever they drop new stuff I always find myself fucking FLOORED. This song is incredible and makes me feel emotions I did not expect , Iām so stoked for this album!!!
