14. What if cannabis r&d paves the way for broader agriculture technology and grow methods. I've seen many agricultural hydroponic and aquaponics systems, and this is in a completely different league. It's dope to see how cannabis is funneling funds for growing r&d that can be applied more generally to things like food production in the future.

28. As a Sr. Design Quality Engineer let me help you. Six Sigma is a type of Methodology that looks into prior and pass behavior to predict future performances with intent to improve the process performance without correction action activity. You want to be Preventative not Corrective because finding issues prior is cheaper than correcting them, they already did damage. You are looking in Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk which is Process Index Capability that takes into account special cause variation and Outliers where as Cp and Cpk removes those variables so you have hard data vs soft data. Six Sigma looks at normality distributed data through normal distribution also called Gaussian Distribution which checks if a process follows +/- 3 std above or below the mean. If the process total were 6 std deviations and fit within the design width you have a Cpk of 1.0 or greater. You have a 3 Sigma company which equates to DPM or Defects Per Million opportunities.
    Then your Six Sigma practioner will improve those numbers by getting the process to fit twice within the design width leaving a Cpk of 2.0 or greater which means your a 6 Sigma Company having less than 3.4 defects per million opportunities for devices produced.
    This means that +/- 6 std dev (6 on either side) fit within the design width or tolerance intervals. It gets very complex, it's statistics. If you want to make alot of money, become a Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma and go fix companies bottom line and reduce the waste in the organization as well while improving their process performances. Lean means Eliminating waste (downtime/time) called non-value added commodities while fixing process performance. Merge them together from Lean and Six Sigma to just Lean Six Sigma. In essence, Six Sigma represents your companies ability to produce devices with very limited to no defects per 1 million devices it manufacturers. In essence, a 6 Sigma company for its last 1 Million Devices manufactured it only recieved back less than 3.4 devices or product that were defective while the remaining met design control standards. There are six Sigma levels, 1 Sigma, 2 Sigma, 3 Sigma, 4 Sigma, 5 Sigma and 6 Sigma or Six Sigma. To know which level your company operates at it must know there total units defective out of the last 1 Million it produced. Most companies operate around a 2 Sigma level top companies operate around 3-4 Sigma levels which is very expensive to maintain a 4 Sigma credential but it is very appealing to customers looking for manufacturers to produce their product. It assures defects are minimum which Lowers cost and thwarts civil liability for injuries caused by defective devices. Only 5 or so companies in the world can operate at a 5-6 Sigma level, Toyota and 4 others. Sigma level chart below
