6. Love your guys‘ podcast. Usually there’s great information and love Chris’s scientific approach to everything and how everything works together great info. You guys always talk about gathering information and doing what works for you. Great approach. But this episode WTF. This was really hard to listen to. This lady is talking like she just discovered something brand-new. It’s like she’s trying to make it a black thing. Just my opinion but not your greatest episode. Just thought I would give a little feedback. It was just really weird seeing this because most of your guests are really knowledgeable and usually helps supply great information about things and this was the complete opposite. Hopefully you guys aren’t running out of content because I love your podcast and will continue watching I’ll just keep my fingers crossed that they are better than this one.
