  1. I honestly really like the discos 40 mg ones I take 3 and usually feel decent a nice amount for a chill night. Have yall tried them? Definitely needed the video work been stressful 😂😭 Cheers yall 🥂

  2. Just some fun facts between the Vibations maybe these things could provide insight.
    Lemon lime and tropical punch are fairly similar in ingredients so nothing specific stands out to me for headaches other than this being an electrolyte drink! And magnesium is one that i remember learning about that if you have too much or too little you can get a headache but there is only 30 mg per serving. (Possibly what you’re drinking before or after if you’re fairly active and take in extra electrolytes other places) OR tropical punch is the sugar added one. And the lemon lime is sugar free. Sugar and headaches seem to be in a relationship with one another for some people.

    Strawberry lemonade has 950 mg of vitamin c per serving (crazy and awesome in my opinion), and 30 mg of caffeine as well as the sugar and electrolytes so that one is the one i use most often personally ❤

    I personally love anything blue raspberry or any berries – I’m not a general big fan of candies.
    So they are my go to.
    And yummy. 💙🩵💙
