  1. so I just got to my computer to see how this vids doing and alot of ppl commenting about how I said Nicki is struggling to sell out tours around the 22 minute mark. It was referring to how in feb. 2024, Ticketmaster was discounting Pink Friday 2 tour tickets by 50% while also giving out $10 off coupons"

So yeah.. it sold out. but it seems she had to do deals. idk… yall won. im prob wrong

  2. Im not sure if this is slightly giving me strength to continue working on my own rap or making me want to give up completley. Cause if i do i will not do the things in the rapper makeup. Thats ridiculous

  3. Homey, you don't mention MC Lyte till the interview even though she also had her moment, and my dude. There's plenty of lady rappers, and gay rappers who are lapping some of these corny old heads so uhhh yeah. And it ignores shit like how slim jesus got mad clowned on for rapping about shit he didn't do. Like the whole game puts preassure on rappers to be a type of way, no matter what that way is.

  4. I think people have found out you can listen to an amazingly talented artist like Doechii instead of the same copy paste ice spice twerk rapper that doesn’t have the same musical drive

  5. The problem with female rappers these days is that they rely on their sex appeal and appearance way too much, back in the late 80's or 90's female rappers were mostly talking about conscious stuff and addressing inequalities they faced as a female or how females get objectified by a male-dominant industry, yet, with the rise of social media and the governments trying to advocate a reckless sex life without marriage and loyalty just to control the world's population so they can collect more and more profits, being sexually overactive is a guaranteed success for female rappers, yet what they don't know is that they're actually blowing their own decency and self value up and act like prostitutes which is damaging for both the culture and the hip-hop genre itself.

  6. You definitely should do more research regarding Nicki Minaj. A lot of your stances on her comments regarding how the industry is trying to push her out is far from wrong & the tour comment was very wrong.!!

  7. Bro, I need you to google the words "woman" and "women" then click the little speaker button and listen to how they're pronounced. I've never heard someone pronounce woman and women both as "woman". It's weird

  8. Who is buying albums under the age of 45? Also, Rap/R&B as a genre typically dominates streaming, with the largest share of digital streaming across genres, but the genre's album sales rank 3rd or 4th behind rock, pop, and in some cases, country. The industry context is important, especially given how consumer behaviors have changed in relation to music, and the genre specifically. Meaning, if we're going to talk about an artist's "disappointing" album sales, we should see their streams as well, because if they're truly falling off, those streams will be tanking too.
