Telling the buyer that weed shouldn't cost more than 200 an Oz is setting the buyer up for failure and keeping the AAA buds out of the hands of the dispensaries. A dispo told my buddy they'd buy his AAA's for 2000 a lb. He laughed and left. Then, he got rid of it for twice as much from someone who appreciated true quality and wasn't trying to scam the grower. If you want top buds consistently, you need to pay top dollar.

This was an ABSOLUTE BANGER of an episode fellas! Some many dope points made by Rob and I couldn't agree more with all of you guys. Some of the budtenders and dispos around where I'm at in IL are just plain trash and almost All there flower is like that disappearing act Rob spoke of the "crumbleI weed" and it's just garbage! Most of the budtender's are Ignorant asf too, which kind of defeats the whole purpose when I know more then anyone else does in the store and they try and con everyone into buying this or that and i argue the fact. But alot don't care bc they can't get any type of Cannibus products anywhere else bc they don't have "plugs" or access to the black market so they don't really have a choice!
Just the other day this guy was trying to buy some flower and I was right behind him in line so I could hear it all and they were like well this "shake" do you still want it? He was like " idc it dont matter to me". And sitting there thinking how ignorant this person must be and how the budtenders should be helping this mam out alot more Instead of just trying to push certain products! Budtenders around here don't know anymore then the average everyday smoker! 
Would be kool to see the plant sold at farmers markets too eh ..

I'd first like to see dispo's being able to source from localised (small scale) growers. Allow the cultivation lovers the ability to back their local dispensaries. The Ontario Cannabis Store can go pound sand and eat rocks.

I grow organically tended fruits and berries. I like ugly heirloom apples. The taste is like no other. People have grown those same cultivars for hundreds of years for a reason. You only see about 6 kinds of apples on store shelves. All these new cultivars are just names, hype, no history, and not much info on the cultivar. Coming farm a farming stand point cannabis most not all breeders suck at providing info on the cultivar they are selling. M-77 dispo central U.P. has glass blast windows looking into one of the grows. Secure transport here has climate control usually.
Most bud tender are great. The environment has been crap at many dispo's. Small loud too many people. Can't read shit on packaging far away. They want people in and out. Here is some crap preroll so you won't come back to buy that cultivar, because preroll was crap.
Chicago is garbage. Super expensive and can't smell or see anything. Usually dry. Now I grow my own
I worked retail for years. The companies that put customer service as the #1 priority will always be the best companies to shop. Should be the same at dispo's but it isn't. Idc about thc % to a point. It's not my #1 go to for buying weed but it's the first thing a bud tender will bring up. Sad
They should stop THC percentages.
The dispo I went to in Vegas was truly awful. The employees just stood around, customer disservice all the way. Nothing but trash weed and trash service.
Good work gents. Logic will prevail, eventually the knowledge will seap through.

I had a mate 40 years ago who would bye up to 50.000 up on weed and if it looked good he would bye it and he brought a lot of rubbish so he used my mate and me as his testers he never smoked his own stash so he lost a lot of money
10:02 Love seeing you guys together been watching the last year learnt a bit but been entertained as well never been on the internet till 1 year ago lived on 120 thousand acre property with no reception so had to learn from my screw ups moved to the big smoke now I listen to others and learn from each other played with thousands of acres off cotton and wheat but this is Completely different and this is a lot more fun
