All Prop. 215 did at the beginning was keep you high legally while you got demonized and still popped for "public loitering for the purpose of consuming narcotics, or schedule level [1] controlled drugs". That was for the first few years, and still happens in East/West Oakland Frontier Land. Still slaying people just for burning in "public".

16. Cool dude, great interview…but the way he says "D8 is just a molecule", acting like it's harmless bothers me. D8 is bad for your health, IMO. Here are some other things that are just molecules:

    Arsenic trioxide
    Chlorine
    Hydrogen cyanide

    All that will kill you, quickly. More research is needed on d8, but I wouldn't touch it personally.
