  1. **CORRECTION: There was an error with the logo used for the police department at the end of this video. This interaction involved the Fayetteville Police Department in North Carolina. Not Arkansas.

  2. The Police. The only profession that promotes incompetence, ignorance, and idiocy and then gives them a firearm, immunity from persecution, and a literal license to harass and kill people. They are the real criminals.

  3. So after you abuse her and terrorize her you decide you should be a little bit nice and allow her to file a formal complaint. She needs to sue all of you and you all should lose your jobs. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a law biting citizens. No wonder everyone hates the cops at this point.

  4. Cops can't trespass anyone without a lawful direction by the property owner.
If you are on your property or on one under your direct or indirect control, trespass the cops when they show up.

  5. dude i should totally become a cop if i can so blatantly violate someone else's rights and get away with it. Not only that, i get to never be afraid of cops because I would be the cop. Ngl sounds like a sweet deal.

    – This literally HAS to be the thought process of 99% of ppl that join the police force nowadays. End qualified immunity.

  6. This poor woman. I love how the woman officer acted so surprised that the woman wanted to complain. Really? That's why they wanted to give her a ticket to cover their butts. What balls. She deserves a huge settlement.

  7. Cops should be held at a higher standard and be charged as civilians would be. This is why every cop should have liability insurance so we the people shouldn't foot the bill when being sued.

  8. I don't know the Virginia law on resisting an illegal arrest but it had better be legal to resist an unlawful arrest because you don't what may take place at this point and could be in danger of being murdered and lied about the reasons for the murder I personally will resist any illegal arrest because I have the right to protect myself and my family. If Virginia has any laws against resisting an illegal arrest that law is illegal they can not in good faith make up a law against you protecting your self from this criminal act and we the people need to have a vote on laws like this the government needs to remember it's we the people not you the few the citizens have the right to decide what laws can and can't be allowed to be legally made we see what the qualified immunity laws have made our laws double standard and that is illegal and that is a crime.
