I don't know the Virginia law on resisting an illegal arrest but it had better be legal to resist an unlawful arrest because you don't what may take place at this point and could be in danger of being murdered and lied about the reasons for the murder I personally will resist any illegal arrest because I have the right to protect myself and my family.
