  1. I have a incident where I was unlawfully stopped, assaulted, detained and arrested by military police here in El Paso in Texas loop 375 to date I have not been arraigned nor once faced a judge to be read my charges i was denied a lawyer when asked for one in MP custody and I have criminal record and the charges are false as the officer did not know Texas law I’d be glad to explain and share link with you for review

  2. How did you possibly take it that way at the end of the video? Yes, he may have stated multiple times that he doesn't have to identify if he hasn't committed a crime… But in the same vein, he stated multiple times that they needed RAS. Obviously we can't know what would have happened if they did provide RAS(regardless of validity), but to ignore that he mentioned it multiple times is just blind.

  3. I got the feeling the guy was looking for a confrontation with the police, if this was the case then the interaction needs to be looked at in a different light. People have rights but there is a right and wrong way to conduct yourself if you have any morals.

  4. Cops think that they can lie and use that lie to force someone to surrender a civil right. No they can lie and try and trick someone into surrendering their right. But if they lie and force someone to surrender a right by threatening to arrest them then that person has legal grounds to sue.

  5. It is frightening that a 911 call can make a cop think he has the ability to ID a person. Lets use the saying in this day and we got a phone call is not the same as it was lets say 10-15 yrs ago as it is now we have more Karens and Karen's are more unreliable to give true statements the Karen calls will be her narrative to fit her story and give her power over another human. So cops should be unbiased when they get a call n use critical thinking and not fall into he Karen's trap

  6. Where does the idea that cops can do what ever they want God knows the evil that cops do . I Call them cop because they Don't have the dignity to be called OFFICERS wake fromyour Stupor.

  7. You may want to do some more research on "stop and identify" states. In the absence of "reasonable articulable suspicion", an officer may not identify someone. They still have to have the RAS that a crime has been committed, is being committed, or is about to be committed. This is SCOTUS ruling under Terry v. Ohio. A stop and ID law does not remove that, as part of a ruling.

  8. You people have been treating them like Gods for 100 years now!! So wouldn’t you know it?? they’ve actually began to believe you!! Yes God can do whatever he wants and there’s nothing you can do about it!

  9. Is this the same cop in another audit video??? One of 2 women, one being a lawyer, protesting, as far as I can tell, legally, in front of a hunting club entrance in winter.

  10. I'm honestly surprised that cops can't do traffic stops to check if a person is licenced of not. Does a person really need to be suspected of a crime in order of police to even check someone's licence and validity to drive?

  11. Audit ….like your videos and you always find the best videos to analyze. However, if I can suggest, minimize your legal substantiating background behind each situation. We all want to briefly see the law behind the issue, but it would be nice if your explanation was reduced. Just my $.02
