27. regarding your swimming pool and patio. there are a few guys, i think american you tubers called premier outdoor living. clip is backyard outdoor swimming pool. have a look and maybe is what you need. probably this will be very expensive to change all back yard but it looks like they do the whole thing at the back plus a great design. plus it will be for another 65 years of use. i also believe you have a crocodile in you waters next to the boat parking. look into it. your boat path is too narrow. you should widen it and put chains or ropes to lock in in case of slipping and falling into water. there are a lot of crocs and sharks in that area. plus you need a long ladder in the water just in case anyone falls in. good luck!! good luck
