Jer, Justin, and James find out if they actually know the rules of the road.

  1. WHAT?! I live in Virginia and I didn’t know we were THAT bad for driving. Highest speeding tickets and “the worst state for driving”.

Wow. Not what I thought I’d learn today.

  2. 5:25 i went out to hawaii once before and never saw a speed limit sign above 45. so I guessed it right away, however when he said 60 i was like wtf. my own state(iowa) has highways at 55. Looked it up, it's the average speed of rural highway and interstate roads.

  3. proper left lane residents always knew if you are going at the legal limit on the left lane … moooove over … left lane is for real drivers who drive their cars … properly …

  4. I wonder if that whole whale thing is a weird loophole due to the specific wording of the law. Maybe the law explicitly lists various game animals but does not list whales because that would be ridiculous. Or, maybe says land animals without explicitly including marine animals, because, again, that would be ridiculous. Regardless, California still has other laws that prohibit killing or harming whales in its territorial waters.
