6. He was told to leave by the 2nd officer as an entrapment, so the first officer didn't know he was told to leave. As soon as he obeyed the 2nd officer, the 2nd officer put on a show to make it look to the 1st officer like the driver was fleeing when he wasn't. Then he was told to get into the police car and get out of the police car. How can you possibly obey both officers giving him 2 different instructions. Purposely done to entrap him. 27. UPDATE: All the charges filed against Mr. Kenneth Espinoza.. all the bogus charges filed were dismissed by the district attorney after he viewed the footage of this stop. The charges were dismissed and sealed. Mr. Espinoza filed a law suit against Lt Trujillo, Dpt Navarrete the Sheriff department for various Constitutional rights violations.
    Mr. Espinoza settled for $1.5 millions. Both former Lt Henry Trujillo and Noel Navarrte were charged with various criminal offenses esteemed from excessive force: tazing a handcuffed man, assaulting a handcuffed man, lying in the police report. Both men were fired from the Las Animas Sheriff’s department. Alarming pass of criminal history was disclosed about Lt Trujillo, ranging from conviction on fighting, disorderly conduct and had five restraining orders issued against him. What right in mind law enforcement department will hired an individual with such a past criminal history. The idiot believed in himself to be untouchable. He is a criminal with a badge, a perfect idiot to wear a badge and a gun and only believe in himself.
    But, even the biggest Einstein commits an error. And this tyrant error was, that while walking toward Mr. Espinoza’s truck, he filled his shoes with shit.

34. I have a question about police use of body cams during an investigation in North Dakota. I had a case where the police seized a suspected drug package being delivered through the US Postal Service. The Police supposedly used a canine to do a drug sniff on a suspected package containing illegal narcotics in which the dog was not trained to detect. Furthermore police department policy requires body cams to be used in this circumstance. The police claim that they don't use body cams at the post office to protect workers rights. Let it be known this supposed drug sniff was done in the warehouse portion of the building. It is my contention that a drug sniff was never done. The courts denied my request to this removed as evidence at trial. I ultimately was forced to take a plea deal or face 30 years in prison. This is corruption at its finest in Fargo North Dakota considering that the officer involved in this drug sniff has been suspended from the police department on multiple occasions for misconduct including one drug case. The Appeals Court upheld my conviction without any explanation which proves that they are just as corrupt as the lower courts in this state. North Dakota has an overall conviction rate of over 97%.
