Lyrics:
Innocence is a game that I have lost
I purify myself in the black of a velvet sky
I look behind myself in the back of an angel’s eyes
Mirror lies
Angel Eyes
A vision of despair
Crystallized
I’m trying to keep in
Any sense of the frame that I have lost
At the door where I leave it
Tributary of pain I left to rot
Take me
Flowing under my skin I lock it up
Break me
Innocence is a game that I have lost
A vision of despair
Crystallized
I know where I want to go but the body is too close
Take a piece of my history but its too late to repose
This time
I break the mirror when I die
An hourglass inside my mind
Turn it once to touch the sky
Scouring my life
I’m trying to keep in
Any sense of the frame that I have lost
At the door where I leave it
Tributary of pain I left to rot
Take me
Flowing under my skin I lock it up
Break me
Innocence is a game that I have lost

So many people dress a certain way for attention in the music industry making your average every day music but women like this are out here being hard as fuck making real metal music and it's honestly awesome to see
The more new metal I see and hear the more happy I am that I grew up in the 80s! Js
Yes and yes 😮
Matrix Vibes and I dig it

I’m so obsessed with this song
Neat and great song and music video. (:
the "shorts riff" is so good
Starting song like "Ok, will this be a more calm Spirit Box song or a rather heavy one….ok a really heavy one!"
Diiiiiiiirty.
Dirty AF
LOVE IT ❣
I wonder where the guitarist “found this drum beat”. Sounds a lot like mine. shrugs
Amazing
2:18 throws me cus it sounds so unnatural – but it's also why I love this song. just gonna come in on an off/up-beat and continue the rest of the song on it? DAMNNNNNNN YOOOOU!!
Best song on the EP no doubt
DOOM vibes.
Legendary
This song is badass
I love this from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
chorus groove is so fucking nasty
Didnt hear such a banger in a long time…..
I think a really important element to the success of Spiritbox is that they have incredible producers. If this same song were engineered by some talentless hack, it wouldn't be anywhere as good to listen to. This band is talented, but damn if you don't have a good sound guy making the best of a their recordings, this song could be highly overlooked.
Can be the queen of metal if they keep it at this pace
I wish Spiritbox would Play PC Game Starcraft II , Her Music would get Ideas from the Zerg.. Great Mix…
As if Clive barker made a song and then directed the clip. 🖖
the skip at 2:19 is so cool
Wow!
Can I say as a local resident of Reading England.
Spirtbox is playing our festival.
Can't wait to leave my window open and listen to this in my living room!!
Doom boss vibes. Love it
