16. No offense, but the IRS does tax the cash the servers make. Fior d'italia Restaurant in SF, like 80s, 90s sued the IRS and lost, therefore establishing the right to tax, I think, 8% of cash tips based upon the servers sales… But ya don't tip you filthy cumt
