9. if its federally legal, it should be de-scheduled so anyone can grow it. and i dont think they will fuck with it tbh. i think they will still allow the states to do what there doing still. technically as it is now they could say you need a dea license to grow since its schedule 1 and you need a dea license to legally possess schedule 1 drugs. this is dumb logic. this guy has no clue at all whats hes talking about. you can obtain schedule 1 drugs with a dea license, even online you can order them right to your lab. its not like those drugs are completely off limits to everyone as it is. how do you think the university of Mississippi grows weed legally and has been for decades? just cause its a schedule 1 already doesnt mean no one in the world can work with it. it wont change a thing, other than a doctor could now prescribe it to you and jobs couldnt fire you if you had a valid prescription.
