    FR, most guys communicate with other guys through a series of shared interests and trash talk. This just tells me that you take things way too seriously and probably don't get invited to things very often. Also you were probably raised by a single mom, it's just the sort of attitude guys end up with when they don't have a male influence in their lives. DON'T BE A MEANY YOU SILLY GOOSE!!!

    Also manual transmissions ARE objectively better. Less parts to break, easier to repair or modify, if you drive properly you get better gas mileage, it takes a little skill to drive a manual. Any mouth breathing moron can drive an automatic which is why there are so many car accidents. If instead we only had manual transmissions the roads would be far safer and less populated, it's a nice base level of skill you should have before being allowed to drive. The UK is mostly manual transmissions and even the ones that end up driving automatics, generally end up learning on a manual to start…they also have 1/10th the accident fatality rating per capita that the USA does. I started on automatics, learning manual made me a better driver, because it forced me to be more attentive and present. It made me think ahead of what I was doing right this second because I needed to know what was ahead of me to make sure I was ready to shift to the proper gear for whatever I'm doing.

    I think I would almost rather trust a tesla's autodriving in a hurricane over trusting someone who can't drive stick to chauffer me. Don't get me wrong the automatic transmission was an amazing technological achievement…and a terrible driving innovation. Not because it doesn't provide value to the customer, but because it makes a multi thousand pound weapon boringly easy to use. That's dangerous. Boredom is a distraction, it causes people to start looking around at the scenery, fiddling with the radio or their phone, ect.

    If you have ever seen someone in traffic that you couldn't figure out how they got their drivers license to begin with…ask yourself this…do you think they know how to drive a manual? I rest my case!

16. lol, here only reta**** people drive automatic, it is a drivers license for special people, normal drivers license is manual shifting, ofc if you get the real drivers license you are allowed to drive wimpy automatics as well, but here no one who is normal try for the automatic drivers licence
