  1. Me when I pull up to any European fuel station and fill up my car with E85: I'm just not like you.
Never watch IndyCar, I'm not an Usamerican, always felt inferior to F1 (An oval circuit? Meh.) But they have great tools, dayum.

  2. My dad told me once that he probably has spent $1 million on tools, and it’s easy to see how. The damn snap on man lived in our driveway.

  3. Nascar's manual hydraulic jacks are even better than these motorized Indy ones. With one pull you can lift a car off the groun and instantly start removing wheels. Theyre so fast that they actually beat all of the Le Mans teams recently during a pit stop challenge with a good old fashioned manual jack. Theyre pretty expensive too. About $3,000 to $5,000 and most teams have 2.

  4. If that impact gun is 10k they're getting ripped off 500ft/lbs my daily driver impact at work is 1300ft/lbs rev and 1200ft/lbs forward @ 90psi. And they run I think 300 new maybe 350. I don't get half of that for 10k. Makes no sense. Unless it locks right at 500 or something and doesn't let it go past there. Sounds like racing regulations say you have to use this gun so the companies can jack the cost and make huge profits.

  5. I had the opportunity of interviewig a guy who works for Paoli (the impact gun manufacturer) here in Italy. Trust me: impact guns are religion for them. I can easily justify the cost after that interview.
