  1. i dont want to hear about right to record on this one. walmart is private property. as long as you are on PRIVATE PROPERTY. you CAN BE ASKED TO STOP FILMING! stepping out into the parking lot does not exempt this. walmart maintains the parking and they lease/own the land the parking lot sits on. now if the building is ajoined to another business. you can step on THEIR property nad hope that they let you film.

  2. There he goes being a moron again. OK let’s presume aside from the miss identification and the wrongful arrest. Let’s presume he still has a different person is trespassed those items that he’s returning to the guy‘s wife’s girlfriend whatever those are evidence that he was actually in the premise that he’s handing them away, they would be considered evidence, and should be sequestered and handled and treated as evidence, and most importantly, the receipt showing that he was in the store

  3. It doesn’t matter what other issues the guy has he’s been seized based on a mess identification, and the cop didn’t bother to try and figure that out no investigation at all. He simply walked in and sees the guy that security pointed to that’s a wrongful arrest.

  4. Well, in fact, officer, he hasn’t done anything you wrongfully arrested him. I would be suing, Walmart, big-time and especially the lawn Forssman department that you work for wrongful fucking arrest on top of that I would be suing you personally and try to get you qualified immunity removed you didn’t die. Damn, you didn’t attempt to find out who it was verified before placing him in handcuffs and seizing him you’re a bad cop if you had a firearm would you have notified him to put the gun down first or would you have just shot him find out that he’s a lawn Forssman officer that seems like a oh possibility for you

  5. OK I have to admit if I was that guy I would just keep my fucking mouth shut. I wouldn’t answer any questions wouldn’t provoker or raw attempt to get them die dime I’d let him go ahead and arrest me and then I would sue them for a fucking fortune enough to live the rest of my life on.

  6. He looks like he got bullied when he was young lmao. He look like he’s looking for the guys who made fun of him growing up so he an lock them up 😂

  7. "please don't film inside our police torture chamber where we joyfully beat everyone not white to death". if these malicious pigs made 5 minutes of phone calls they'd have known who this guy was. but …. fukking over the innocent is much more fun for them than confirming their innocence.

  8. Jeez. They could of just asked him to leave. Arrested is a bit much. I've worked in Loss Prevention for 15 years, and this is just too much. I've told people not come back for at least 2 years, since the handbooks are vague about trespassing. The Loss Prevention person is not completely at fault unless he asked the officer to press charges. However, I also know a lot of "LP" who power trip and think they are cops. Working at a high risk stores, will humble your a$$ fast. I've been punched, stabbed (once in the leg, another time in the hand), pepper sprayed, and even had guns pointed at me. It teaches you to treat people like people. I even made friends with some of the homeless folks, and I would sometimes buy them a soda, or water, or a few single $ just so they would stay away from the store. I've seen people come back to the store after a couple of years, and for the most part they would just be nervous to get in trouble. I wouldn't have called the cops. I'd wait to see if they would shoplift again, otherwise, I'd leave them alone. This was excessive.

  9. I’m shocked that you gave the officer such a high score. Every police video I have ever seen (unless the suspect was actively a threat to themselves or others) the officer asked for an ID (or at least a name) before arresting them. As long as they are acting calm, it usually goes requesting them to step aside as they talk first. After finding out the name, they could have checked with the security to see if he had any active trespass warnings. Instead the cop didn’t bother asking for his name until they got to the station. Sure it might be understandable after being pointed out, and they turned when the name was called (although I have definitely turned towards someone that yelled out an incorrect name but still obviously directed at me before), but checking the suspect’s identity (or at least try to) before leaving the scene is like day one training to be a cop.

  10. "He's not under arrest" 3second interval "he's going to jail tonight"
Does this make sense? Well actually it makes more sense then the REAL order in which that was said, which is the opposite

  11. we need to have rules for cops who didn't ask your information or ID'S before he put that police handcuffs, and police who didn't know what he was doing like who who will he catch and what will he look like, stupid police who only know how to enjoy themselves in the office

  12. In Norwich, CT a man was arrested months after he tried to pay the Office of Child Support with $22.00 in change but they would only take $8.00 of it, then threatened lawsuit. Lawsuit is pending against the state as a result.

  13. Honestly I belive he was just doing his job as a police officer.. the problem was the walmart employee.. 🙄 I mean if you see a guy just shopping and behaving properly on your store, just let him finish and go home.. then you can use your "power" as manager and make a scene calling 911 and everything, but his supervisor should assess if this is what you want your employees doing.

  14. 1:53 you give these nerds a little bit of power, and they get their revenge..

Feel like I should make a movie about it … I don’t know… maybe title it something like…revenge of the nerds..2?

    🤷‍♂️

  15. Why in the hell did she get a trespass warning. She did nothing to warrant that action. The Walmart dude (probably not the owner) is a piece of shit!
