I’m in a legal state with recreational and medical weed so I’ve never personally tried any of these alt cannabinoids cause i never had the need too but I read in the comments here constantly about how much it helps ppl who are in illegal states get access to this life saving plant so I hope they don’t succeed in changing anything

4. man we can legally synthesize alcohol in our own homes. and companies can legally synthesize Tabacco *genetically modify Tabacco that you can't get anywhere else in the world. * all of these things intoxicate you/ inebriate you. and there is no control on the productions of cigarettes. most cigarettes have pesticides in them from the growing prosses like roundup. and there is no FDA shutdown on these companies.

7. I am just happy my state of mn has allowed me to grow and consume recreational cannabis! I used delta 8 heavy before then it was a life saver for me to keep me and my family legal. Hope they don’t get rid of it but like you said they will wanna regulate fun to some level…

8. Thing like bad medication cigarettes and alcohol are all intoxicating items but delta 8 just isn't okay and needs to be regulated and or banned the government is smoking crack

15. I personally am okay with this. Federal or state, whichever one if not both wants to get in the way. I have had no need since the early 90s for D8. Back when I was smoking Northern lights. What medicinal properties does D8 have that cannot be gained from various other means? I don't know medically alot about this particular drug? I just know ppl have long since been bad mouthing D8 everywhere from here, to ppl at dispos, to ppl at medical facilitiescertain farmers and really just people in general. I actually have yet to hear anything actually good about it. If I remember correctly awhile ago The Strain Show reviewed D8 in its beginning and called it a weak THC if you will? Trying it myself years ago shortly after I remember not thinking very highly of D8
    With having a choice I choose Marijuana over D8 anyday. Dabs too

Delta 8 is Shite , Idk why they even made it , its messing up the black market , 1 in 4 weed dealers are selling delta 8 weed instead of real weed & you cant get high with it , they are saying its "so & so strain" but its really fake weed turned for profit , take it off the face of the earth & smash the people who created that trash

20. Look, for thc-o, im all on board with getting it out. Hhc is fully synthetic but has basically a mirror image for its molecular structure when it comes to side by side comparison with d9-thc its very basic and straight forward unlike spice thats just completely a whole new structure and is very nasty stuff. But i will say the natural existing but semi-synthetic derived thc-p needs to stay or subside. I know the process is done by n-hexane, but again, a lot of pharmaceuticals are fully synthetic and done with similar processes, just different chemicals. Great content!

I really hope there not going to ban THCA I live in a illegal state and it’s the best alternative I have I use it for my insomnia anxiety and it has had a major positive effect in my life plus it seems safer than trusting the local shady drug dealer and taking a chance on dying from fentanyl overdose just because you decide to smoke some weed and unfortunately that is becoming a major issue in my community so in all reality THCA flower could have saved my life and many more at this point

Pretty sure d8 is illegal in California and they still sell stiiizy hemp products despite them being banned here because they aren’t the real deal and they wanna get u to buy the disp pods, but I honestly prefer hhc and d8 over disp products because there’s a lot more choices for the price and it gets u pretty faded, nothing beats a nice d9 distillate kart tho if u need rosin your tolorance is too high and u needa break, hhc can help with that too because it’s diff
