10. I literally had a customer pull a knife on me at the dealership. A racist biker dude who used to come every week to try and win his prize with our mailers and his normal salesperson he deals with wasn't there… He said some pretty offensive things to me so I offered that we go back behind the fense of the building where the trades are to settle our dispute. He went to his motorcycle and pulled out a bowie knife, what he didn't know is that I keep a 38 on me at all times at work. Law enforcement was called he went to jail. End of story..i shouldve popped him tho

30. This is what happens when you don’t slow the customer down and qualify them. Red flag number one is him saying he has 1.5 billion in 5th 3rd. That’s a subprime lender. There’s not reason why within 5 mins he should be in a car going on a test drive. I would of went back to work and sold another car he definitely wasn’t cut out for the business he didn’t quit because of what happened he quit cause it’s not the right type of work for him.
