5. Heartbreaking. Kudos to every one of those people in the video helping to try and rescue people from the debris. That is the core of the metal community whether if it's when we pick each other up in the pit, or something chaotic like this happens we don't just run. We stay and we help each other. Period.

I don’t know about all of you but my metal community matters a big deal to me. When I read this story I was deeply saddened. My thoughts are with everyone who was hurt including their families.

33. I heard it was at the Apollo but I had no idea it was a Morbid Angel show.

34. My car broke down on the way to this show. Me and my wife would've been right under where that roof dropped if we had made it. It fell on the front rows, right where i always stand in front of the guitarist 😔 We were close enough on the highway we heard all the sirens but didn't know what it was for because the storms were so bad all day we just figured it was someone's house or something like that or a downed power line. RIP to the 50 year old man who lost life doing what he loved, and I hope everybody injured makes speedy and full recoveries. 🤘❤

43. I absolutely hate seeing something like this but it's Chicago and it's a state that hasn't exactly been taken care of. I hope those who are not dead recover and I wish nothing but love and support for the family of the person who has unfortunately passed away
