4. See now this is the problem, that man should have been arrested as soon as he struck the citizen. They all should be fired for not arresting him the guy that struck him should be behind bars but of course he's not. I hope the cop catches them out somewhere, throws a mask and gloves on, and beats the ever living shit out of them. Bunch of pussies hiding behind cameras, antagonizing people at their jobs, just praying for a lawsuit, all so they can stop making minimum wage and stop feeling like the useless losers they have been their entire lives. If i was a cop and you did this shit to me, id make it my lifes mission to fuck with you everyday from now until you died.

So they film someone on the road from within their car which prompts the person on film to pull them over, somethings happen and the police are called because of alleged threats by the people filming from their car and finally it breaks out into this mess for no reason other than some idiot cop who has watched too much Miami Vice and decided that him and the law are best buds, so he can finesse anyone he needs to with it.
