10. I have a 620R which I have daily driven for a year, including long trips, and never seen damage like that, or curbed a wheel. How he managed to curb rash 2 entire wheels show's his attitude to being careful in other peoples cars. You can't paint carbonfibre. Comes across as arrogant and entitled with his just give it a respray comments, and they tried to make me pay for the damage I did so its a "scam" comments

11. Rented from diplomat twice. Great experience both times. However, this shit would make me furious if they tried it with me. I definitely understand and respect Robs due diligence.

Omg I had this happen to me not with a car rental but with my small business and it was exactly this he tried to give me a estimate 5 times the cost and force me to turn what ended up costing me 150 to fix the damage when when I wouldn't turn it into insurance and said I'd fix it myself he got passed when I said fine but my licensed repair man would be doing the estimate he folded and let my guy just fix it

33. I'll never forget this guy as the guy who bought the "stance miata" and made it out to be much worse than it actually was. Ever since then, I could care less about anything he has to say. Just a douche with money.

34. I rented that same McLaren from them. It was the first week Vegas had opened back up they met me at the airport with it they were really cool service was great on the walk around and I think I still have the video but that chip was still on the windshield when I had rented. I luckily had no issues with the company they treated me great. Hands down best car I have ever driven and I've done Lambo Porsche Audi etc etc that car was the one I think about still to this day. I remember when they brought it to me I wanted to mount go pros and warned me don't put on the glass that a film crew had broke the windshield mounting go pros on it so I just didn't bother I still have the receipt for the 24 hours unlimited miles on it paid just a little over 4000 for it and it was worth it I had so much fun hearing this was kinda shocking because I got the car after this and it was good condition just the chip. 35. If the guy was in it to screw people and milk the insurance agencies for money, then it explains why he didn't have standard protective equipment on all the cars. I would like to think a smart exotic rental company would at least protect their investments with clear bra's/wraps and maybe put some curb rash guard on the wheels of that technology is out there. I see where's get wrapped and dipped. I'm sure someone out there is doing it for high dollar cars. I'm not in the exotic rental game and never will be, but it seems like there are simple and cheap ways to protect a car from multiple unknown drivers. Normal wear and tear from the road is different than a customer just beating on a car trying to destroy it. I know there are a ton of shady people out there, but it's very shady/petty to attack your customer base like that. I'm glad Rob was able to play hard ball back and Gove the shady guy a migrane. The guy is incredibly stupid, by the way. Trying to screw over Rob is like trying to sell drugs to a cop knowing the guys a cop. Rob is incredibly vocal and throws every example of someone being shady and trying to screw him up on his channel. There is a good bet that enough people watch Rob's channel and will spread word that the shady guy is to be avoided those who don't. The guy clearly knew who Rob was and his vocal reputation and still tried to screw him. Just goes to show you, not even duct tape can fix stupid.
