4. The thing about Texas cops, no matter how bad they f**k-up, they'll cover for each other. I don't believe I ever heard of a case (in Texas) where a cop tells another one he's wrong and to chill the f**k out. When I worked in Plano Tx, cops drove thru my parking lot constantly but I never had one do a parking lot drive-thru just to check if someone was violating handicap parking… which happened quite often. Seeing this restores my faith in the police, knowing they're on top on these dastardly violators. <sarcasm> Clear and simple, these officers are trying to display 'dominance' over Mr. McQueen. 8. If he just gave those idiots his ID, this video probably wouldn't exist. Since he was operating a vehicle, he had a legal duty to provide the officer with his driver's license. Not defending the cops, just pointing out how easy it is to de-escalate a situation when it's apparent one side isn't willing to do so. They both had an ego trip and neither wanted to back down.

There is zero evidence in this clip of racial profiling, and thus it is incredibly reckless for Mr. McQueen to so state that publicly. That said, these officers would be within their rights to bring an action against Mr. McQueen for defamation.

    The last one I watched was labeled about a cop "losing control" he then you gave the officer a B and the driver an F.

30. I am a disabled veteran. I receive compensation from the VA every month as a service-connected disabled veteran. But I will tell you straight up right now, unless you have a handicap license plate with your DV tag or a placard to hang in the window with your DV tag, it is not legal. A disabled veteran license plate in itself is not legally permitted to park in a handicap space. Did you know you could be coming disabled veteran for having ringing in your ears, receive compensation from the VA for that and receive a disabled veteran license plate just for ringing in the ears? Tinnitus. Yep. A disabled veteran tag in itself does not, and I repeat does not allow you to park in a handicap space unless you have a disabled symbol on the license plate or a placard hanging in your window to go along with that DV tag. Stop trying to work the system to your advantage. The so-called academy graduate does not know the law and is working the system to his favor and it is illegal. And TCOLE certification does expire after 2 years unless you have recertified annually with the agency your employed with. The guy bragging he has TCOLE needs to be an adult. Grow up.

41. Yes, but when a cop thinks you have a broken light out and then you show him it works. They must at that time stop the traffic stop. not push on. as the original reason was proven to be faulty. The problem is when cops make a mistake and then notice their mistake the don't move on.

48. I don't agree with either party here. At the start of the encounter 1:58 he says "…read the plate, it has DV, stands for…." however if he has the ISA on the plate, then it's a moot point as he would have the recognized symbol for parking in an assibility spot, and likely that these cops would not have confronted him. Both parties need to refresh with the up to date laws by even just watching this video, especially those enforcing the law.
