    When I was at the height of my low carb diet, I used the eat Grape Nuts and Shredded Wheat all the time. Of course I would add Splenda, and I let the Grape Nuts soak in the refrigerator for a bit to soften them up.
    Although I've never tried, I would think Kelloggs All Bran would be a worse cereal. It looks like rabbit food. 😄

23. Omg Shredded wheat is horrible. You can add all the frosting you want and that shit is like eating hay.

24. What I find really funny is that I actually like grape nuts but I have to put tons of sugar on them. I think I like them because I don't like soggy cereal and it takes a lot longer to get soggy. other cereal I feel like it is a race to put the milk away before eating the cereal at the counter in order not to get it soggy.

30. The large biscuits of shredded wheat (not miniature) are really good with brown sugar and frozen blueberries. Toss a couple of them in a bowl, and its like having two delicious edible steel wool pads.
