Believe it or not, when millions of dollars become involved with something the dynamics change drastically. Bam being intoxicated was a great scapegoat for not paying him the planned 5 million dollars. Where did that 5 million dollars go? Split between Knoxville and Tremaine? Guess we will probably never know for sure. There's definitely more to this story than "Bam was wasted so he couldn't be in a Jackass movie." Steve-O was a complete mess and they gave him hugs and an intervention and kept him in the earlier Jackass stuff. They were going to pay Bam 5 million dollars… that's a lot of money and people backstab/betray/screw over others all the time when it comes to lots of money. What happened to the 5 million dollars that Bam was supposed to be paid?

He was suing for triple the amount for 15 mil and that's what made them come to their senses on how just giving him his 5 mil like they were originally supposed to is a lot better than having to pay 15 mil out of pocket.
