3. i clean my bong every morning with alcohol and salt and it’s so worth it. make sure u do it frequently so u don’t have a ton of built up shit in it. the longer u leave it dirty, the harder it is to clean

5. whats up with the conflicting messages on epson salt/table salt/kosher salt/potassium etc, even carbonate AND bicarbonate water has been said to be the one to use: just to be clear, salt clears because it dissolves right? same as alcohol, it cleans because it solves. bottom line, if so, then the PH of the water is WHAT MATTERS to make it break up the gunk. Also then vinager, but not cheaper

9. yooooo i’m jus sayin 100% acetone (which is jus nail polish) works better then rubbing alcohol. you’d still use your typical table salt. it just faster

I fill like if you let a bong sit to long you can’t expect it to look clean my last bong i never cleaned it had it for like a year, wax bowls and everything in it, i cleaned the shit out of it for like an hour or 2, made barley any difference😂 i got a new peice and will be cleaning it every week

12. I cut square pieces of plastic bag or zip lock bag, cover and wrap rubber bands on and shake the hell out of it. Awesome cleaning solution from the dollar store works better than 70% alcohol in a pinch.

14. I use distilled white vinegar to clean out the hard water stains, no salt just the vinegar and let it sit over night. Rinse out with "DISTILLED" water and only use distilled water in your pieces and you'll never have that problem again! Just a tip

24. With the smaller glassware or even the big parts. Try to break up all the big parts first. Then throw it in some hot water and then use the method he is telling you right here. And btw, you can also use gasoline but that should be a last resort.

Someone help I am blind I cannot see if my thing is clean or not what I do is after every two hits I replace the water and waste the day I clean it was this soap I can’t really afford to spend five dollars on alcohol every day to wash my bong to assure that it’s clean however I do use it once every couple months is this acceptable? In searching for answers everywhere what’s my minimal vision it does look pretty clean but that don’t mean much lol

31. if you dont feel like waiting overnight using rock salt will completely clean off literally everything, crush it up a little bit if you need to
