Today was the pre-sale date for Blink 182’s tour and reunion with Tom DeLonge. Many fans reported high ticket prices, apparently due to “dynamic” ticket pricing from Ticketmaster.

-Depeche Mode was worse. 777 bucks, plus "fees" for a total of around 940. And I'm in the 200's section….
-Yesterday, GA tickets for Metallica/Pantera were 600 bucks. Seats were way more.
Ticketmaster really needs to go away forever
Yeah I’m going to a 5 star hotel, rent a cabana at the pool with breakfast and a round of drinks instead.
If someone could clarify, does high demand mean the prices increase or low demand?
i don't know if i'll find cheaper tickets but i think they went up because of the inflation
Its happening EVERYWHERE! I bought Dermot Kennedy presale for RedRocks next year, miraculously got through and bought Row 11 center on AXS for $250 per ticket. 5 days later I see the SAME row and section on TM for $450+ fees per ticket- thats a 50% mark up and not even looking at travel costs that 75 percent of fans will have.
The industry is broken if artists only have shitty choices to choose from when going on tour. Gross.
Highly Disappointing
Saw a ticket for 16,000$ today. Put seats selling for 2000$ who the fuck can afford that ?
Punk, 1980: "I live in a closet because I owe the gas company money"
Punk, 2022: "I'm married to a Kardashian sister and want another Cadillac so if you want to see me play drums from an obstructed view it'll be $180."
Me and my wife got presale tickets, second row center from stage it was $1100 for the pair (Detroit). We both have been big fans of their music since middle school and have never seen them perform and are 33 now. Honestly I wasn’t to upset by that cost, everything today cost a ridiculous amount of money.
It’s not about the fans any more it’s disgusting, clearly ticketmaster would rather see half empty stadium with $500 each ticket than full stadiums with $ 50 a ticket bands need to get involved
Off topic but Im glad I was never into Blink 182 since middle school or MCR and what not.
But to each their own.
I paid $152 aud for my ticket, this pricing didn’t happen in Australia
They're marketing on tommy being back that's why 😆😆😆😆the man himself is a blink show really a blink show without Tom delonge…
The band members have to save up for retirement. It’s 2022-2023. Not 1995 anymore. Money makes the world go round my dudes
When I looked for Blink tickets, seats on the floor and in the first section were $1250. And the cheapest tickets available, literally in the last row of the stadium, we’re $350. No thanks.
Bands have the option to opt in or out for the dynamic pricing. They could've avoided this
Insane. I remember seeing Soundgarden, Alanis Morrisette, Primus, Metallica, and other big bands back in the late 90s' and early 00's. Never paid more then $70 for pit and general admission.
Got my tickets….700 per seat…. floor seat at Hershey… happy and cant wait
You got a year to pay them off!
Tickets are over $1000+ now
I hope whoever came up with dynamic pricing and implementing that at Ticketmaster suffers a horrible death
