8. Man, the layers to Dave’s voice is on full display here. The cleans, the scream/sing mix, the full blown screams is just so good. I love how Kyle was known for his cleans, but could scream like a beast and now Dave, known for his screams, has incredible cleans. This song is a prime example of what attracted me to WCAR back in the day. Their songs/lyrics have so much meaning and heart in them.

16. i think this song is about going through an existential crisis? like, about the stage when you're constantly struggling to find a meaning and also questioning your existence, while dealing with all the despair and keeping your shit together. i needed this song exactly 1 year ago…. i was going through an existential crisis, i was suicidal. i even tried consulting a therapist but even that somewhat was not effective so i reverted back to music and got myself back. but still, whether or not i had been through an existential crisis, i still would've loved this song. this is a masterpiece, We Came As Romans! dont let anyone tell you otherwise. #DieOrGrow #Darkbloom #WeCameAsRomans
