5. Hilarious — Ozzy has never been particularly concerned about his personal safety (decades of drugs and booz, etc). I lived in England once — no thanks. Tasty food is hard to find….as is the sun. Their weather is mostly gloomy and overcast (averaging around 1400 hours of sunshine a year). I would rather live in any of America's cities with low crime (and lots of sun). Of the 20 safest places to live in America, 11 are in Florida (Naples, Port St Lucie, Fort Myers, Lakeland, Tampa, Sarasota, Daytona Beach, Osala, Melbourne, Pensacola, and Orlando). Bottom Line: move to Florida Ozzy!!
