man those last 4 minutes were quite the doozy, lmao
Holy crap I completely repressed this show.
Loved this show as a kid. It’s creepy as hell looking back.
OH my god this unlocked MEMORIES I HAD LONG FORGOTTEN! I LOVED THE RED QUEEN as a kid!
This is post modernism god it’s good
mark mothersbaugh really can do it all
I loved this show as a kid. I even used to sing along with the songs. My two fave episodes were the techno bunny one and the pretzel machine one. I even used to own the VHS tapes and read the OJ Simpson book. I’m so happy to see it on Disney+ now.
This was one of my favorite shows growing up as a kid… ☕💙💙
Though, ehgads, I cannot believe the Burton AiW is over TEN YEARS OLD!!! God, I'M old!
That theme song slapped, tho. I still sing and hum it every now and then. I have to admit, out of all the versions of Wonderland I've watched over the years, Adventures in Wonderland is still my favorite.
Thank you so much for making this video.
5:38 the WHAT cat?
Okay but I low-key loved this show bc of the queen and, for some reason, I crushed hard on the hatter
Okay, "Rabbit DeNiro" is just funny as a name.
I would love to see you do a video on "Big Bag", Cartoon Network's short lived and first pre-school (and not to mention, first Live-Action) show.
I honestly thought this show was a fever dream, especially the pretzel episode
Talk about "I thought that was just a fever dream"
While I have no memory of ever even hearing of this show, having been born in the late 90s, I swear that I must have seen the opening, because it looks almost identical to a part of a very memorable nightmare I had as a child (though to be fair, it was one of those nightmares that scared me while I was asleep, but when I woke up and thought about it for two seconds it was hilarious). So either a) I somehow encountered the show but it didn't stick in my long term memory or b) it was just that good at capturing the vibe of a child's dream. Or possibly both!
I wish I grew up with this show I would have LOVED it as a kid
Identical yet Irish accented cousin is apparently a running theme in kids tv
Dear God…
Before settling on Arnold Schwarzenegger, James Cameron had once considered OJ Simpson as the Terminator, but changed his mind because 1) having a black guy chasing a white woman to murder her would be problematic, and 2) OJ wouldn't be very convincing as ruthless killer.
This looks like the fever dream Lewis Carroll was going for when he wrote the books
I remember meeting her while we were at Disney world in the honey I shrunk the kids playground. I didn’t have Disney channel (couldn’t afford it) so I didn’t recognize her. We played for a while before she had to go, but I found out who she was when another kids recognized her. Looking back now I wonder if she was glad to find someone who didn’t recognize her
I still have the 3rd VHS tape. I had never seen it prior to watching the tape since it didn't air on any cable networks in Canada but I was hooked after that and managed to find more episodes on YouTube.
Thank you
My mom got the VHS of this series. We loved these when I was a kid.
It wouldn't be the 90s without a rap segment
I am going to be seeing that Cheshire Cat puppet in my nightmares. Though I have to say that I'm actually pretty impressed by this one, like I would watch the hell out of this.
I always remembered watching this as a kid. Between the pastel suits roller blades and mc hammer rap its probably the most 90s show i can vividly remember seeing lol 😄
The real OJ didn't kill those people, that was just the OJ in your imagination!
I thought this was a fever dream.
Hey I’m coming here from 2022 to say that this whole show is now on Disney plus and it’s entirety.
Edit: not the OJ episode though.
white rabbit is kinda caked up tho…
16:58 This John Carman sounds like one of the most insuffable pricks of all time lol
Adventures in Wonderland has been added to Disney+ minus the certain episode
I’m too young to have seen this show air however it looks fantastic and you can tell how much work went into it. I might even watch an episode or two as an adult just for fun.
I was just 7 when this show premiered. I remember watching it almost every time it was on. Loved it… I should check Disney+, see if maybe they added it there. Haven't thought to do a search for it there.
Yeah, bullying!
