23. I just listened to a podcast that talked about the Enron scandal, where it was mentioned that massive corporate scandals usually happen every 25-30 years. Wonder if this is one of them… then again, Bernie Madoff fraud was caught in 2008 so maybe these wide scale frauds are just happening more often
